Hi all. It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me and I apologize. It’s just been soooo busy - which is a good thing :)

2012 was a jumble of performances and rehearsals and shows with some special highlights (such as the Barnyard shows with the band, which I’ll tell you about in a moment) as well as performances at the usual venues such as the annual Cansa Relay for Life, Bravo Fees, etc.

Mostly 2012 meant having to move solo performances to the side in order to make space for rehearsals with the band: The WellCast. The band kicked off in February 2012 and like a match to a flame the repertoire and style formed so that the band was quite taking up most of the time for playing at venues all around the area. As the band is taking a short break to allow one of its members to get married and all that normal human stuff, I am now allowed to pick up the loose ends and get back to my audience. However, the band being my main interest as it is so much more diverse, challenging and creative (and dare I say real?) it will still be my main focus point for the next year. But I’ll try my best to stay in touch and start writing songs again! Hey, maybe if the songs are good enough I could suggest them to the band, heh?
